Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: your name, e-mail address and workspace name.
• Content you create: prompts, scripts, storyboards, generated media, uploaded assets and project metadata.
• Usage data: credit transactions, generation and render history, and basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) kept for security and debugging.

We do not collect payment information — MOVQ.ai is currently a free beta with no paid plans.

2. How we use it

We use your data only to operate and improve the service: to run AI generations you request, store your projects, maintain your credit balance, secure the platform and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

3. Who processes your data

MOVQ.ai runs on trusted infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vercel — application hosting
• Cloudflare R2 — media storage
• Anthropic, fal.ai, ElevenLabs — AI processing of the prompts and inputs you submit for generation

Your prompts and inputs are sent to these AI providers solely to produce the outputs you request, subject to their own data policies.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can request a copy of your data or full deletion of your account and content at any time by writing to support@movq.ai from your registered e-mail address. We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK), you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at support@movq.ai to exercise them.

7. Children

MOVQ.ai is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
