Terms of Service

1. About MOVQ.ai

MOVQ.ai (“MOVQ”, “we”, “us”) is an AI creative studio that helps creators generate scripts, videos, images and audio, edit them, and prepare them for publishing. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Beta status

MOVQ.ai is currently offered as a free beta. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Features may change, be interrupted or be removed at any time, and we may reset or migrate data where technically necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to announce breaking changes in advance.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use MOVQ.ai.

4. Credits

AI generations consume credits. During the beta, credits are granted free of charge, have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and may be adjusted, expired or reset by us at any time. Credits spent on a generation that fails on our side are automatically refunded to your balance. Paid plans are not yet offered; when they are, separate terms will apply.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MOVQ.ai to:

• create or distribute illegal, harmful or infringing content;
• generate deceptive media of real persons without their consent, or any content that exploits or endangers minors;
• violate intellectual-property or privacy rights of others;
• abuse, overload, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or create multiple accounts to farm free credits;
• resell the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Your content and AI outputs

You retain ownership of the prompts, scripts and media you upload (“inputs”) and, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the policies of our AI providers, the content you generate (“outputs”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display your content solely to operate the service. Your prompts and inputs are processed by third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic, fal.ai and ElevenLabs) to produce outputs. AI outputs are probabilistic: similar prompts may produce similar results for other users, and outputs may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing them.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOVQ.ai disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption arising from the use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, during the free beta, is zero).

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Questions: support@movq.ai. See also our Privacy Policy.
